Add Marc Anthony to the list of people who cannot stand Donald Trump. It makes sense that the Latino singer would have ill feelings for the Donald after many comments he’s made about immigrants and the wall he plans to build if elected. So Marc took matters into his own hands during a recent concert when he made his feelings for Trump known.
Marc Anthony is a proud Puerto Rican and talks about it often. It was no surprise when Anthony took the stage during a recent concert and shouted, “F**k Donald Trump” to a crowd of cheering fans. It was like a big anti-Trump rally. It wasn’t during a concert out of the country either. Marc made his statement to a stadium full of fans at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Saturday night.
It was right at the end of his concert when Marc Anthony made his distaste for Trump known. It even seemed like an afterthought when Anthony addressed the crowd with the line, “Before I leave, I want to say two things…” That’s when Jennifer Lopez’ ex-husband made his statement, paused for a beat and then made the sign of the cross. Then Marc Anthony followed with, “And I wanna say, I want him to hear it in his house. Wake that motherf***** up! Mi Gente!” It was supposed to be the end of the show but with energy like that, Anthony just couldn’t stop so he treated the crowd to a very lively version of his song, “My Gente.”
